Shannon Rakes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Longwood University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Radford University. She has several years experience providing individual, family, and group therapy in community-based and inpatient psychiatric settings. Services provided include:

• Diagnostic services
• Individual & Family psychotherapy services for children, adolescents, and adults
• Psycho-Education
• Brief, Behavioral and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
• Behavior modification for individuals & families
• Effective Parenting Strategies
